  • Do you accept exchanges/returns/refunds.

No, all sales are final.

  • Can I cancel my order? 

No, once your order has been placed processing begins immediately and it cannot be canceled.

  • How long is processing?

Mandatory 7 business days is required for processing. In that time your payment is being processed and verified, and your order is being customized and hand-made.

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive once shipped

Depending on your location, U.S. orders are delivered anywhere between 1-3 days after they've been shipped. International orders are delivered anywhere between 7-13 days after they've been shipped.

  • Can I customize my own pair?
 Yes! If you do not see a slipper on our site, that fits your needs no worries! You can customize your very own pair. Just send us a message under the contact tab about your inquiry and i'll get back to you to start your custom order.


  • What if I wear a half size?
If you wear a half size, going up to the next full size is recommended. (If you wear a 6.5, order a 7)
