• How long is processing?

Mandatory 7 business days is required for processing. In that time your payment is being processed and verified, and your order is being customized and hand-made.

• How long does it take for my order to arrive once shipped

U.S. orders are delivered anywhere between 1-3 days after they've been shipped. 

• My order hasn't arrived 

Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped the package is out of our direct control. Please check the tracking information provided and contact the Mail courier (USPS/DHL) to check the status of your package.
